Hidden Still Spirits started its journey in 2014 in lebanon, PA to become the largest producer of PA Craft Straight Bourbon Whiskey. We are proud to say David E. Bourbon is exactly that & then some, because of our dedication to grain-to-glass & quality premium products.
David E. IS Pennsylvania Bourbon.
We continue the long history of distilling spirits which can be dated back to 1753. The name "Hidden Still" itself is derived from how the process of distilling spirits had been conducted many times throughout history.
The man behind the vision
DAVID E. STEIN
David E. is a true entrepreneur at heart. He spent 35 years as a petroleum contractor prior to starting up Hidden Still Spirits. He has been a successful business owner for 30 years. After overcoming many obstacles in his young life, and going through the Reading boys home with his 2 brothers, he enjoys helping and seeing others achieve their full potential. He encourages others to never be afraid of taking chances, have no regrets- just learn and make better choices, and if you love what you do then you’ll never work a day in your life!
He, and Hidden Still Spirits, remain dedicated to producing the best PA straight bourbon whiskey.

Originally located in downtown Lebanon PA, we moved our total operations into the old Hershey Company recycling facility at 505 W. Chocolate Ave., Hershey, Pennsylvania 17033.
Resurrection of the facility has given us an opportunity to invest in the history of Hershey, as well as build on, and make our own history here as well.
Our commitment to aging and quality is second to none!!
